Why do we collect it?
To process and ship your orders, take payment, provide customer service, inform you about promotions where you have consented, and to analyse and improve our website.

We never sell your personal data. It is shared only with processors necessary to operate the shop – our e-commerce platform, payment providers and carriers – and in exceptional cases where required by law.

How long do we keep it?
Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of accidental or unlawful access. Only authorised staff responsible for managing our systems can access your information.
