Returns and refunds

Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that, Zevaine voluntarily extends the period in which you may return an item to 30 days from the day you received it.

Conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging. Products for which hygiene is particularly important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

For hygiene reasons certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, bras, tights and certain body care products. Items purchased in a clearance sale are excluded from voluntary exchange; your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days is unaffected.

Starting a return
Email info@zevaine.com or call +31 6 51332418, stating your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if there are any defects, and your contact details. You will then receive the return instructions.

Zevaine, Hatertseweg 633, 6533 GL Nijmegen, Netherlands. Please always announce your return before sending it.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been accepted. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. If you have not received it after that period, check with your bank first, then contact us.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product we will send a replacement free of charge and cover the return costs. If the error occurs a second time, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

Cancelling an order
Orders are processed automatically, so we cannot always stop a shipment once it has been confirmed. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still use your right of withdrawal described above.
