Delivery policy

● Once an order is placed, we need 1–4 business days to process it. On weekdays this usually takes one day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take longer.
● Once processed, the order is shipped, and the average delivery time is 5–9 business days.

All orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot meet that, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping costs
We cover all shipping costs. All products are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order amount.

Payment
Zevaine uses SSL encryption, so payments are secure. You can pay by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS, or direct payment.

Shipping your order
