Offer and contract
The offer is non-binding. Descriptions are accurate and images realistic, though colours may vary. The contract enters into force upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer, and we confirm receipt of the order.

Prices
Prices are not increased during the validity of the offer, except for changes in VAT. Import VAT and customs duties in the consumer's country are borne by the consumer. Typographical errors are not binding.

Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and we voluntarily extend the return window to 30 days. See our return policy for details.

Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless you are informed otherwise. Risk transfers to the consumer only upon receipt of the goods.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed must be paid within 7 working days.

Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the defect, fully and clearly described. We respond within 14 days.

Governing law
Dutch law applies.
